Four Things to Reduce Stress

 There is nothing worse than being stressed out. As a parent, I’m often stressed about various things. Whether it be money, an illness, or the kids fighting. Sometimes, we even get stressed out by just having to go to the doctors. At least this is how I am. However, I have some good news for you. Here are some ways that you can reduce stress in your life.  First, cut back on the caffeine. In my case, the more caffeine I ingest. This is because too much caffeine can cause irritability.  Second, cut back on your sugar intake. Like caffeine, too much sugar can also impact how you feel.  Third, get some exercise.  Exercise can make you infinitely feel better. It doesn’t even have to be something strenuous either. Something as simple as some Pilates or yoga will do the trick.  Fourth, take up a hobby such as knitting, crocheting, adult coloring, or reading. When life is difficult and rewarding

 In my forty years of life, I have come to the conclusion that life can be difficult and rewarding.  There are things that can make life both difficult and rewarding.   For example, when you have more than one child, you can guarantee that they will fight.  If you add to the mix that the children are all the same gender and essentially stair steps in ages, and well you get the idea.  I love my children very much, don't get me wrong.  I just wish that I could go one day without them fighting with each other and getting on my nerves.  But, I do not think that will happen anytime soon. Then again, these children of mine have rewarded me with tons of memories.  And there is nothing that I would not do for them.  The one thing that is the most rewarding to me is when they decided to follow Christ and accepted him into their hearts.  I was such a proud mama on the day that they made that decision and then later got baptized.
